Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the ongoing implementation and maturation of its NERC CIP compliance program, operating with autonomy under the Senior Program Manager, CIP Compliance.

You will own compliance monitoring, internal reviews, evidence quality, and audit and regulatory reporting, acting as a SME and mentor while driving remediation across teams and documenting outcomes for regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/security.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP program.
• Lead development and execution of CIP policies and controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and self-certifications.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies for regulatory submissions.
• Provide leadership on risk assessments and remediation planning.
