Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to own and advance the NERC CIP compliance program across the organization. You will lead policy creation, evidence management, audits, and regulatory reporting, while mentoring analysts and aligning CIP activities with corporate security goals.

The role demands deep CIP standards knowledge, strong collaboration with IT and OT teams, and proactive risk management to ensure audit-ready documentation and timely remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and governance.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO 27001 (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication for regulators and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program.
• Develop and maintain CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and self-certifications.
• Design evidence gathering and reporting for regulatory submissions.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new team members.
