Job summary

Serco Inc. in Middletown, Rhode Island, is seeking a Project Manager to lead Navy PORTS program efforts, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality simulation-based training systems.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and DoD data requirements while driving issue resolution and proposal participation for new work. A DoD secret clearance and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Experience with software development projects and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between Program Manager, customer, and project team.
• Review project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements and attend status briefings.
