Job summary

Serco Inc. in Middletown, Rhode Island seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Navy PORTS program initiatives. You will coordinate with the Program Manager, customer, and project team to deliver high-quality training systems and meeting DoD requirements.

The ideal candidate is a US citizen with a DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience including P&L, and proven ability to manage software development projects and complex contracts.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Familiar with software development projects and PM processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between Program Manager, Customer, and project team.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements.
