Working with Navy Client Account Manager and technical practitioners, you will identify opportunities, develop capture plans, conduct competitive assessments, and drive proposal execution. The ideal candidate brings proven Navy capture planning, proposal management, and competitive federal pursuit experience, and can coordinate large cross-functional teams under tight

Formación

• Seasoned Navy capture and proposal professional with Navy experience essential.
• Ability to develop capture plans and win strategies.
• Experience leading complex federal proposals under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Navy capture planning and identify opportunities.
• Develop capture plans, pursuit strategies, and win themes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through all proposal phases.
• Facilitate kickoffs and reviews (Pink/Red/Gold Teams).
• Ensure proposal content aligns with customer priorities and evaluation criteria.
