Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in capture management, BD, or proposal management within federal contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and defend a win strategy, not just manage a schedule.
• Proven proposal writing experience for Management Volume and Past Performance content.
• Experience across the full pursuit lifecycle from qualification through post-award transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts from qualification through award and maintain the central strategy artifact.
• Coordinate subcontractor and teaming partner engagement for the pursuit.
• Develop price-to-win in coordination with Pricing Lead and Executive Team.
• Draft or contribute to Management Volume and Past Performance content.
• Participate in color team reviews and ensure alignment of win themes to written volumes.
• Support kickoff, volume assignments, and compliance reviews as a contributor.
