Job summary

The role requires mentoring teams, coordinating with cross-functional Navy stakeholders across NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, and MARCOR, and driving end-to-end business development activities from opportunity identification to proposal submission.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring teams in capture and proposal management.
• Extensive experience with U.S. Navy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead government services proposals and capture activities.
• Develop and implement Navy-focused business development strategies.
• Mentor teams across capture, proposal development and lifecycle.
• Engage Navy stakeholders across NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, MARCOR.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality system requirements.
