You will guide cross-functional Navy stakeholders across NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, and MARCOR, driving opportunities within system commands. Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentoring in capture and proposal management for Navy initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter able to thrive in a small business setting.
• Experience with Navy system commands (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, MARCOR) is required or highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BD strategies within Navy commands to achieve company goals.
• Oversee the entire business development, capture, and proposal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with and influence diverse Navy stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Navy leadership across commands.
• Prepare and present proposals and BD materials; monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards; operate within quality system.
