Job summary

Capital Technology Group seeks a Senior Capture Manager to own the full BD lifecycle for federal opportunities, from market shaping through proposal hand-off and win strategy. You will leverage a strong network across civilian and DoD agencies to position the company for sustained growth.

Lead capture plans, competitive assessments, and teaming strategies; coordinate with pricing, technical, and proposal teams to craft compelling win themes and responsive bids for multi-million dollar contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Political Science, Engineering).
• 5-7+ years of federal BD/capture management experience with a track record of winning.
• Proven success pursuing federal contracts in the $5M–$100M+ range across civilian or DoD.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal contracting opportunities through market research, agency engagement, and industry events.
• Lead capture and bid/no-bid decisions with robust capture plans and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contracting officers, program managers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with proposal, pricing, and technical teams to ensure seamless capture-to-proposal transitions.
