Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Capture Manager with a proven record of winning complex federal deals. You will lead pursuits from qualification through submission, coordinating with line, business development, proposals, contracts and pricing teams.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will guide strategy, develop win themes, assess competitive landscapes, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver compelling solutions on large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in pursuing and closing deals at $50M+ value.
• Experience leading matrix and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Government Assisted Acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of opportunity capture from qualification to proposal delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across lines, proposals, contracts, pricing to mature opportunities.
• Develop win themes, technical/management solutions, pricing and risk mitigation.
• Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure alignment with acquisition framework.
• Meet or exceed performance goals to support growth.
