Job summary
FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Distinguished National Support Engineer II to provide top-level technical leadership for medical informatics products across storage, PACS, VNA, and clinical systems. You will mentor teams, triage escalations with Development, and drive strategic improvements in product support and documentation.
Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in Medical IT, multiple certifications, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years progressive experience in Medical IT/Imaging products.
- Master's degree preferred; 8+ years in related roles; or Bachelor’s with 10+ years experience.
- Leading industry certifications such as Security+, VCP, Azure, Linux are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical leadership and mentorship across TAC, PE, and other teams.
- Review, triage, and drive escalations to development for resolution.
- Collaborate with TAC and Development to analyze Synapse issues requiring action.
- Lead cross-functional investigations involving Development, QA, and Product Management.
- Publish documentation and knowledge base articles; train teams on new releases.
- Operate with minimal supervision and participate in after-hours on-call support.
