Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical leadership for medical informatics products, including PACS, VNA, and Clinical Information Systems. You will triage escalations, collaborate with Development, mentor teams, and drive global support improvements, while maintaining expert knowledge of imaging technologies.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in Medical IT/Imaging.
Minimum 12 years in technical/engineering roles within medical IT.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent troubleshooting under pressure.
Ability to translate complex concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

Advanced Troubleshooting and issue triage with TAC and Development.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Enterprise Support teams.
Lead cross-functional investigations with Development, QA and Product Management.
Develop and publish knowledge base materials and procedural guidance.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
