Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical leadership across medical informatics products, including PACS, VNA, and clinical information systems. You will triage escalations, work with development, and mentor teams while staying current on imaging technologies.

The role requires extensive medical IT experience, strong communication, and after-hours on-call support for critical customer sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve years in medical IT/imaging engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with extensive industry experience.
• Proven ability to drive escalations to resolution with development and TAC.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical leadership and mentorship across teams.
• Triage escalations from TAC, coordinate with development for resolution.
• Lead cross-functional investigations and publish documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current medical imaging products and standards.
• On-call after-hours support for high-visibility customers.
