The role includes mentorship, cross-functional leadership, and responsibility for escalation management, documentation, and knowledge sharing across TAC, Development, and Upgrade teams.

Qualifications

12+ years in Medical IT and imaging products.
Certifications such as Security+, AWS, Azure are preferred.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead escalations and coordinate with TAC and Development for resolution.
Provide advanced technical training and mentorship to teams.
Drive continuous improvement and publish Knowledge Base articles.
