Qualifications

• Minimum twelve years in Technical, Systems, Software or QA Engineering in Medical IT or Imaging.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; advanced industry certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with storage, networking, virtualization and medical imaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting for complex issues escalated from TAC.
• Mentor Enterprise Support and other technical teams across the business.
• Collaborate with Development for product improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and publish knowledge base articles and diagnostics playbooks.
• Participate in cross-functional investigations and project leadership.
