Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Principal National Support Engineer II to deliver top-tier technical support across imaging and information systems. You will lead critical incident resolutions, act as SME for key product areas, and mentor TAC and project teams, ensuring swift, quality outcomes for complex escalations.

The role requires deep technical proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and readiness for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Masters (preferred) with 6 years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with industry experience of 8 years or comparable work experience of 10+ years of industry experience.
• Leading Industry Certifications in relevant tech domains (Security+, VCP, Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS).
• Extensive experience in technical, systems, software or quality assurance engineering within Medical IT and imaging products.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution efforts end-to-end for critical customer cases.
• Act as SME for specific product areas, guiding peers and junior engineers.
• Mentor and train TAC, Upgrade, and Project Engineer teams.
• Triage escalations from TAC and international partners and drive to resolution with development.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
