Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top-level technical leadership for medical imaging products. The role encompasses mentoring teams, triaging escalations with development, and delivering strategic improvements across TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams.

You will drive knowledge-base creation, publish diagnostic playbooks, and collaborate with R&D to enhance product quality while maintaining patient safety and service

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Medical IT/Imaging
• Experience leading cross-functional technical investigations
• Experience with escalation processes and documentation

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical support and leadership to TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams
• Lead cross-functional technical investigations involving Development, QA, Product Management
• Develop knowledge bases and diagnostic playbooks
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce escalations
• Communicate complex technical concepts to senior management
