Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a highly experienced Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top-level technical leadership across the Fujifilm Healthcare Informatics portfolio, including storage, PACS, VNA, Mobility, and clinical information systems.

You will triage, escalate to Development, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement, with after-hours on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Medical IT and Imaging products.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree with extensive industry experience.
• Certifications in security, cloud, networking, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and triage escalations.
• Lead cross-functional investigations with Development, QA, and Product Management.
• Mentor Enterprise Support and TAC teams and develop knowledge bases.
• Publish diagnostics playbooks and technical documentation.
• Communicate complex issues to executives and customers as required.
