Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Medical IT and imaging products.
- Advanced troubleshooting and escalation management with development.
- Strong soft skills including presentation and communication.
- Proficiency with storage, networking, DICOM/HL7 protocols.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced technical investigations with multiple stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and training to TAC, Upgrade, and Project teams.
- Coordinate escalations with TAC and development to drive resolution.
- Develop and publish knowledge base articles and procedures.
- Provide after-hours on-call support for critical incidents.
