Responsibilities include triage of escalations, mentorship of TAC and Enterprise Support teams, and ongoing documentation and training for global partners.

Qualifications

• Senior Principal National Support Engineer with extensive medical IT/Imaging experience.
• Proven ability to drive escalations to resolution with development teams.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional technical investigations and mentoring.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical leadership to TAC, Upgrade, and Project Engineer teams.
• Lead cross-functional investigations with Development, QA, and Product Management.
• Create, review and publish documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
