Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a National Coordinator to oversee dispatch operations across multiple markets. The role focuses on managing the lifecycle of fleet service events, coordinating with technicians, customers, and third-party vendors, and upholding Cox Fleet standards for service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient oral and written communication across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent service events and shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking/transport logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end dispatch for maintenance, towing, and repair events from request to completion.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed.
• Audit open work requests across markets for daily updates and KPI adherence.
• Communicate proactively with customers and leadership about delays or service concerns.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior dispatch team members.
