Job summary

Cox Enterprises’ Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to lead the end-to-end dispatch and maintenance lifecycle across multiple markets. This role demands professional judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to uphold service quality and customer experience.

The position operates overnight with 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM shifts; overtime may be available based on demand.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 5 years’ experience in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.
• Proficient use of MS Office, email, and dispatch or fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end service events: maintenance, towing, and emergencies from request to completion.
• Communicate status with clients, escalate issues, and ensure timely updates across channels.
• Manage third-party vendors to meet quality, timeliness, and payment expectations.
• Document interactions and service events, following escalation and compliance procedures.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior dispatch team members and improve workflows.
