Job summary

Cox Enterprises’ Cox Fleet seeks a National Coordinator to lead the dispatch operations nationwide, coordinating preventative maintenance, towing, and urgent service events. You’ll model best practices, support teammates, and maintain high service quality across markets.

The role is overnight (4:00 PM–10:00 AM) with specific shifts discussed in interviews, and occasional overtime based on demand.

Qualifications

• H S Diploma/GED with 5 years in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking logistics

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle for preventive maintenance, towing, and emergency service events from request to completion
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed
• Re-assign unfinished events from prior assignments
• Assess events and dispatch to optimize client outcomes
• Assign work with attention to time-based KPIs
• Identify KPI gaps and work with leaders to address them
• Audit open work requests across markets for daily updates
• Monitor events, track ETA, and inform customers/leadership of delays
