Job summary

Cox Enterprises seeks a National Coordinator for Cox Fleet dispatch operations. You will manage the lifecycle of fleet service events, coordinate across multiple markets, and maintain high standards of service quality and customer experience. Overnight shifts 4:00 PM–10:00 AM; occasional overtime may be required.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure compliance, and work with internal partners to resolve complex service scenarios while maintaining robust documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years in dispatch/logistics.
• Alternative: any degree/certification with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of service events from client request to repair-completion.
• Coordinate dispatch to achieve optimal client results.
• Assign work with time-based KPIs and monitor KPI performance.
• Audit open work requests across markets for compliance.
• Monitor events and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve multi-party issues.
• Coach less experienced dispatch team members and maintain orderly backlogs.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in all systems.
