Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a National Coordinator to lead Cox Fleet dispatch operations across multiple markets, ensuring excellence in service quality and customer experience. This overnight role requires strong judgment and the ability to coordinate with internal partners and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities include service event lifecycle management, proactive communication with clients, and vendor management. Overtime may be available and shift timing will be discussed in interviews.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end service events including preventative maintenance, towing, and unscheduled emergencies.
• Dispatch to technicians to optimize time-based KPIs and keep clients informed.
