Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a National Coordinator for Cox Fleet, responsible for end-to-end dispatch operations across multiple markets. The role focuses on service events, communication with customers, and vendor management to meet time-based KPIs.

The position is overnight with 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM shifts; overtime may be available. Strong leadership and process improvement skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, remote-influenced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in dispatching or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking industry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple events in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end service events including preventative maintenance, towing, and emergency service.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and solicit additional work when needed.
• Reassign events not completed in first assignment.
• Distribute work to optimize time-based KPIs and notify leadership of delays.
• Maintain documentation and compliance across systems.
