Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving multifamily owners and property managers, seeks a Head of Sales for Multifamily. You own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win often opening multiple locations.

You will close strategic, multi-stakeholder opportunities worth multimillion-dollar annual quotas. Your focus is on high-value enterprise accounts, with inbound leads and SDR-assisted meetings feeding your calendar.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
