Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota and remote work across USA or Canada.

You will close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities, expand to additional locations, and collaborate with strategists to craft high-impact proposals.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefers closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at scale.
• Expand locations and services after a group signs.
• Build proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
