Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II to lead a complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant or cluster of locations near each other. You will drive profitability, ensure cleanliness, staffing, and operating standards, and make bold leadership decisions for the unit.

The role requires strong experience in restaurant management, team development, P&L oversight, and adherence to brand standards and safety policies. Expect varied shifts and on-site leadership across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of P&L management in food service.
• Experience managing QSR, Casual Dine, or full-service restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations; ensure opening/closing checklists are followed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and cover all shifts.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct hiring, promotions, and on-boarding as needed.
