Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II in the Charlotte area to lead a complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant or cluster of units. You will ensure clean, staffed, open operations while upholding high operational and financial standards.

The GMII will make broad leadership decisions, manage a team, and drive performance toward annual sales greater than $4M. On-site role with a focus on engagement and brand execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years restaurant P&L management experience across complex units.
• Demonstrates leadership, coaching and operating discipline.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies and brand standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations and ensure daily readiness.
• Staff deployment to maximize profitability and service excellence.
• Hire, train, and advance restaurant staff; maintain ideal shift coverage.
• Monitor financial reports and drive performance toward goals.
• Ensure onboarding, safety and compliance across teams.
