Job summary

• Experience managing complex QSR or casual-dine venues with P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership in staffing, performance coaching and engagement.
• Familiarity with brand standards, schedules, safety, and compliance.
• Experience driving revenue and controlling costs in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations, ensure daily checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and meet objectives.
• Interview candidates and manage hiring decisions for the unit.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.
• Monitor financial and operational data to drive performance.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
