Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or small cluster near the airport. You will ensure cleanliness, staffing, and operations meet high standards, with P&L responsibility and a goal of delivering excellent guest experience.

Open and close shifts, build staffing, manage inventory and equipment, apply brand standards, coordinate with support teams, and drive daily revenue opportunities. The role is on-site at the Dulles area with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations with staff focused on checklist requirements.
• Staffing deployment, scheduling, coaching, and performance decisions.
• Manage product availability, equipment, and vendor coordination.
