The role requires strong problem solving, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency in Sage and Excel is preferred, with a minimum of six years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and review payroll procedures and systems.
• Process multi-state payroll, benefits, taxes, and other deductions accurately and on time.
• Update payroll for new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state laws.
• Assist with audits.
• Reconcile weekly multi-state payroll and tax reports.
• Manage payroll reports and HH2 timesheets weekly.
• Prepare and file weekly multi-state tax payments.
• Prepare and file multi-state monthly and quarterly tax returns.
• Prepare, reconcile, and upload 401K.
• Review and import weekly timesheets.
• Record weekly wages and tax payments in the daily cash sheet.
• Assist HR Director as needed.
• Occasionally perform duties outside scope of job description.
• Process employee reimbursements as needed.
• Process company certified payroll reporting weekly.
