Construction Resources is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and locations. You will partner with the Payroll Manager, HR, and Finance to maintain accuracy, resolve issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong timekeeping, tax, and reporting skills. This is a full-time, non-exempt position in a professional office setting with potential for process improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Performs end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and locations.
• Maintains timekeeping systems and resolves discrepancies.
• Supports payroll tax setup and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Handle new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay changes.
• Review timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain internal controls.
