Job summary

TeamLogic IT in North Charleston, SC seeks a skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to provide top-tier IT support to small and mid-size businesses. You will manage servers, networks, and cloud services, delivering proactive maintenance and complex problem solving.

Responsibilities include leading IT projects, mentoring junior staff, ensuring security compliance, and maintaining thorough documentation. The role supports after-hours emergencies and may require travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, with 2 years in a Level 3 or senior technician role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with RMM and ticketing tools such as NinjaRMM, Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Experience with network design, security, monitoring tools, and documentation best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical clients.
• Ability to lead IT projects from inception to completion and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance, patch management, backups, and monitoring.
• Maintain strong client relationships and propose solutions.
• Lead IT projects including migrations, installations, deployments.
• Create and maintain detailed client documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and perform security audits.
• Provide on‑call emergency support, including after hours and weekends.
