Candidates should have at least 5 years of IT support experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support, including 2 years in a Level 3 role.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management tools.

Responsibilities
