Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to join our Kansas team, delivering advanced IT support to small and mid-sized businesses. You will handle complex server, network, and software issues while ensuring top-tier customer service in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Responsibilities include network design, system administration, project management, documentation, and mentoring junior staff. Occasional travel to client locations and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience, including 2+ years in Level 3 or senior technician role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; certifications a plus.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, MS Azure Administrator or CCNA are a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical IT support for servers, networks, and software; troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions for client environments.
• Perform regular maintenance: patching, backup, monitoring, and security compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and recommend technology solutions to improve operations.
• Lead IT projects including migrations, installations, and deployments; coordinate vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed client documentation and diagrams.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians; conduct training to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards; perform regular audits.
• Provide on-call emergency support, including after-hours and weekend work.
