Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to join our Kansas team. You will provide advanced IT support to SMB clients, manage networks and servers, lead projects, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires extensive experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, including 2+ years in Level 3 or senior role
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications such as Network+, Security+, Azure Admin, CCNA are a plus
• Expertise in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms
• Strong networking, security, and monitoring tool experience
• Experience with RMM and ticketing systems (NinjaRMM, Autotask, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
• Proficient documentation and IT process management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead IT projects and mentor junior staff

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software
• Design, implement, and manage network solutions for clients
• Perform regular maintenance, patching, backups, and monitoring
• Maintain client relationships with professional support
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors
• Create and maintain detailed client documentation
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and provide training
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards
• Provide on-call support for emergencies including after-hours/weekends
