Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver top-tier IT support for SMBs. You will handle servers, networks, clouds, and applications, while mentoring junior techs and leading projects to ensure smooth client outcomes.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and a proactive security mindset in a fast-paced environment. Travel to client sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, with 2+ years at Level 3 or senior tech level.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field; Network+/Security+ or CCNA/Azure a plus.
• Strong Windows and Linux server experience; virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V); cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Networking and security knowledge; familiarity with SolarWinds/Auvik.
• RMM tools (NinjaRMM) and ticketing systems (Autotask PSA/ServiceNow/Zendesk).
• Documentation tools (Hudu/IT Glue/SharePoint) and process standardization.
• Problem-solving, project management, and excellent client communication.
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications.
• Design, implement, and manage network solutions; monitor performance and security.
• Perform regular system administration, patching, backups, and monitoring.
• Maintain client relationships and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead IT projects including migrations, installations, and deployments.
• Create and maintain detailed client documentation and configurations.
• Mentor Level 1–2 technicians and conduct team training.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide on-call support, including after-hours and weekend coverage.
