Job summary

TeamLogic IT in Bountiful, UT seeks an MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver advanced IT support for SMBs, including servers, networks, and software. You will troubleshoot complex issues escalated from Level 1/2 and mentor junior staff, while coordinating IT projects with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, including 2+ in Level 3 or senior role; MSP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments; virtualization and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Strong networking, security, monitoring, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software; troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Design, implement and manage robust network solutions with focus on security and performance.
• Maintain system administration tasks: patching, backups, monitoring, and compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and recommend technology solutions to improve operations.
• Lead IT projects: migrations, installations, deployments; coordinate with vendors.
