Job summary

TeamLogic IT in San Dimas, CA seeks a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver top-tier IT support to small and midsize businesses. You will handle servers, networks and software, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced IT environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, customer service and project management skills, with opportunities to advance as you support client environments across our local office and remote engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support, including 2 years in Level 3 or senior role.
• MSP experience preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred with IT certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software; resolve escalated issues.
• Design and manage networks; monitor performance and security for clients.
• Perform maintenance: patching, backups, recovery, and monitoring of systems.
• Maintain strong client relationships and recommend tech solutions.
• Lead IT projects: migrations, installations, deployments; coordinate vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation: diagrams, configs, procedures; keep current.
• Mentor Level 1/2 techs; conduct trainings to raise team skills and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards; conduct audits.
• Provide on-call support after hours and weekends for emergencies.
