Job summary

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and a customer-first mindset, with on-site and remote work as needed; occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support with Level 3 or senior consultant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field; certifications a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks and software.
• Design, implement and manage secure network solutions.
• Perform maintenance, patch management, backup and recovery.
• Lead IT projects from inception to completion and coordinate teams.
• Create and maintain client documentation and ensure compliance.
