Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in IT support, with ≥2 years in senior/Level 3 role.
- MSP experience preferred.
- Strong documentation and client-facing skills.
- Proficient with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex issues escalated from Level 1 and 2.
- Design and manage networks for performance and security.
- Administer systems including patching, backups, recovery, and monitoring.
- Lead client projects such as migrations, installations, and deployments.
- Build strong client relationships and recommend smart solutions.
- Document environments with diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Mentor technicians and elevate team capability.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards.
- Provide emergency support including after-hours when needed.
