Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support with 2 years in a Level 3 role.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CCNA are plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for IT systems including servers and networks.
• Design and manage secure network solutions for clients.
• Perform system maintenance including patch management and monitoring.
• Maintain strong client relationships and recommend appropriate tech solutions.
• Lead IT projects including system migrations and network installations.
• Create and maintain documentation for client environments.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Ensure client systems comply with regulations and standards.
• Provide emergency on-call support for critical issues.
