Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced IT support for SMBs. You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage networks, and implement security solutions while maintaining excellent client communication.

This hybrid role requires both on-site and remote work, with potential travel to client locations. A strong foundation in Windows/macOS, Office 365, AD, and virtualization is essential, along with mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in an MSP or similar IT support role.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments, Office 365, Active Directory.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certs are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to clients, including installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware/software.
• Respond to escalated tickets promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage client networks: routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi.
• Implement and manage security solutions and perform regular audits.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Communicate clearly with clients and document activities thoroughly.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects within budget and timeline.
• Mentor Level 1 Technicians and provide after-hours support as needed.
