Job summary

TeamLogic IT in Coral Gables, FL is seeking an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced support to SMB clients. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software while resolving complex IT issues.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in MSP or similar roles, strong Windows and Mac skills, and experience with RMM and ticketing tools. Some travel to client sites and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in MSP or similar IT support role; degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Office 365, AD, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Experience with RMM and ticketing systems (NinjaRMM, Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
• Networking protocols, IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, Wi‑Fi; security best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, including installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
• Respond to escalated tickets promptly to minimize client downtime
• Manage client networks: routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Implement and monitor security solutions; conduct regular audits
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery planning for clients
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems and activities
• Assist in IT project planning and execution; mentor Level 1 technicians
• Provide on-call support, including after-hours and weekend coverage
