Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support, with 2 years in a Level 3 or senior technician role.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, CCNA.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and IT documentation.
