Job summary

TeamLogic IT, Inc. seeks a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver top-tier IT support to SMBs. You will handle advanced technical support, network design, and system administration across diverse client environments.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong customer service, and project leadership, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic MSP setting. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, including 2 years in Level 3 or senior tech role.
• MSP experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficient with Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and applications.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions for clients.
• Perform regular maintenance: patching, backup, recovery, monitoring.
• Maintain strong client relationships and recommend tech solutions.
• Lead IT projects: migrations, installations, deployments.
• Create and maintain detailed client environment documentation.
• Ensure client systems meet regulatory and security standards.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies, including after-hours.
