Job summary

Gobravvo is an IT managed services provider seeking an IT Support Engineer (MSP Level III) in Rockwall, TX. This full-time role requires advanced networking, server administration, and strong client relations within an MSP environment.

You will deploy and manage Windows Servers, AD, VOIP, and cloud resources, collaborate with sales and technical teams, and provide pre- and post-sales support while ensuring high availability for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in MSP environments with hands-on networking and Windows Server.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange Server, and VOIP systems.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support with sales teams.
• Conduct assessments, site visits, and technical presentations.
• Design, deploy, and manage Windows Server, AD, and networks.
• Implement secure LANs and cloud computing solutions.
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and perform escalations.
• Onboard new users and manage Exchange environments.
