Job summary

Gobravvo in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an IT Support Engineer III (MSP) to deliver advanced IT solutions and exceptional customer service within an MSP environment. You will deploy and manage Windows Server and Active Directory, design LANs, implement robust security, manage Exchange, and provide escalated technical support while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes client-facing support, multi-project management, and ongoing professional growth in a dynamic IT

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years configuring networking equipment, Windows servers/workstations, Exchange servers and Active Directory.
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is required.
At least 3 years in a client-facing or sales engineering role.
Strong communication and time-management skills for multi-project support.
Experience drafting proposals and implementing technical solutions for clients.
Familiarity with RMM/PSA tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory environments.
Design, implement, and maintain LANs with security in mind.
Monitor and optimize network performance and security measures.
Configure file servers and cloud-based computing as required.
